Instant Healing

Once we realize that everything is Energy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-S3c1U4FPA , that the Scientist has proved it for long, we should also understand that sicknesses are also related to Energy in the base of the issues.

We might have tried to take medicine to help; no matter it is natural or unnatural, it is relatively indirect comparing Energy Healing. First we have to digest the medicine, and we have to assume the digestion is smooth, and we have to assume the essence released after the smooth digestion do help the system on particularly the way it should, at the end it is the Energy runs well and strong again on the sick area or system. Obviously why don’t we work straight and direct with Energy to the area or system? Mostly it is because people still have a weak concept of Energy and how exactly Energy is running behind the scene as the main base of all the stuffs and beings. No even need to mention to apply these Energetic concepts in life or practically working Energy in aspects of life.

If we like something, we should spent most of time in our daily life on it and be the professional or study it to gain the most advanced knowledge. Only when we are kind of like it, we could spend so much time on it. It would also not causing conflict as we do not respond with negative emotions if we have to force ourselves to do it. There is knowledge only people who are working professionally or working year by year to be able to gain. Even they have tried writing it in books, others who have not spent so much time as the professional does could quite hardly understand it well. Those are very deep and advanced knowledge which people could be beneficial so much from it.

Qigong is an Energy Exercise and with huge healing power as it is working Energy at all time in all aspects. After years of being professional of it, I can prescribe a few Qigong (Energy) movements or Exercises to help individual’s physical or Energetic problems, quite easily even in their first meeting. What they need to do with these few Qigong movements are that they should just take it as medicines and practice those exercises about 15 minutes every 4 hours and 3 to 4 times per day. They should keep doing it until the issue is all gone. Of course after a few more sessions, with better understanding, I would make more precise Qigong movements to help the particular issues of the individual. Often they feel the improvements right away after practice for only a few minutes. It is the instant healing they are experiencing and they could really feel it. As all illnesses are merely Energy blockages, to work straight and directly on it with Energy, it would clear or release it in the base of the issues, even bit by bit but almost immediately. The speed of recovery depends on how serious the problem is and how strong the Energy flow and how frequent the Exercise are being applies. This instant healing could have a chance to be instant recovery if the Energy flow is strong or the issue is not too serious. There are a few times that a lady told me that her tinnitus has all gone right after the session. Another lady had eyes illness that she had gone through a few operations and never had her eye vision clear. She told me that her eyes vision got clear right away after strong Qigong for eyes. These are cases of instant healing and even problems might come back later, as long as they keep practicing those Exercises often enough, the problems should go away forever. Once they have learned the Qigong Exercises, they own them forever. Like taking Medicine, they have to apply it a few times per day. Not like taking Medicines, they do not need to keep paying it again and again. Even after recovery, the Exercise would work like a health enhancing tool and health maintenance tool for the rest of their life.

How to increase the vibration of humanity and the Planet Earth? Learning and practicing Energy work (like Qigong) definitely will help strengthening our Energy level, which exactly means the frequency of our being is rising up. Qigong could be one of the most effectively tool to do so. When more people worldwide are with higher frequency, the planet Earth is also vibrating with higher vibration. We are part of the Earth's Energy. We are always one together with the Earth. Rising up the Vibration of humanity and Planet Earth means the evolution of both.

That's why our life could be always more about working on our own journey than helping others. We may just need to take good care of ourselves, like in risng up our Energy level. Higher vibration is just like shining brighter in light. People would see it and some will try to follow or copy. Often there are people just want to help others, but forgot to take care of themselves.

To accelerate the speed of evolution of both humanity and planet Earth, it is to keep developing the Energy Teacher so that more people can share the skills and knowledge. My Qigong Instructor Program is aiming towards it. Hopefully it really accelerate the speed of evolution of all on Earth and including itself.

Life stuck? So learn Energy!

Often after Holiday break, we all then resume back to be busy or back to be the same life pattern again. But if the pattern of life is quite the same for some time, it perhaps means that we are stuck or lost in life. Being stuck and being lost in life are quite the same. We must be lost in life and could not find the right direction and could not keep moving on in life. Eventually we just keep circling in certain life pattern and being stuck in life.

To me, life is an ongoing expanding, growing and evolving journey. If not, what is the meaning of life? Everything is Energy. Life is certainly Energy. Energy is something keep going forwards and never stop. Life is us as we can only present ourselves through life, nothing else. And The way I understand Energy, whenever Energy (Life) is stuck, it only means all the negativities such as being weak, blockages, illness, aging and being lost. Yes, often when we are lost in life and we are quite stuck in some point in life, the physical body are reflecting this negative situation. This situation is exactly as a bad circulation as being stuck and not able to circulate well. The body would accumulate toxic and unnecessary things like fat. Worsening the situation would really point to disease. Being sick are Energy being blocked or Energy not able to circulate well. So often life and body are so much related to each other, they are almost the same thing. If we do well in either on the body or life, the other would be moving on smoothly and well.

Towards the physical problems, working on Energy is the best way to help. Energy is the source or the base of us. Of course we should work on our source or base to get the best and fastest result.

Towards the life being stuck issue, to learn and work on Energy is also the very good way. It is an Energy Universe. Energy is also the base and the essence of the whole Universe. Knowing Energy is knowing the Universe and life. To individual, it is to find the life purpose of self. The life purpose is the meaning of life. Even just intending to find the life purpose, we would besides get closer and closer to the true life purpose, we would be moving on well in life and it definitely help getting out of the stuck and lost situation in life.

My life purpose is to help people understand Energy, which is very clear at this point of my life. To understand Energy well, so that we can unfold power in life including self-healing and self-evolving. My classes and workshops are really there for people for such a purpose. You see, learning Energy is the very good step to find the life purpose because life is Energy. Also being stuck is almost sames as a sick situation, and working Energy is healing. Often first we would be working on healing and then we can shift and evolve our life. This is quite the common approach of most people on earth. Just some however may not achieve the healing and life have ended already. As being sick is merely the message of something is wrong in life. It is also the process of knowing life and understand life purpose, and then moving forwards and towards it. And life is all about Energy anyway.

Besides regular Qigong classes and workshops, now I plan to run an Oversea Energy Retreat. Before, I have run some programs with continuous Workshops like Reverse-Aging, Energy Healing and Exploring Deep Brain Power. Really the longer and the more intensive the work is, the stronger, the deeper and the more extraordinary the result is. I am sure it will deepen the Power of our being with the best result ever.

At first, we may just start to do a short one, about 3 days, Fridays morning leaving and returning on Sunday night. I have found a few places in Thailand and the Philippines are with reasonable price and are especially for such a purpose. Also to train Energy in different country, where would be in different vibration, will definitely help expanding our Energy and our being. I am quite excited about it. I am planning to do in the beginning of next year. For those who are interested, please kindly tell me your preferences. The Sky (Third) Eye Power

The Sky (Third) Eye power is one of the most extraordinary power of our brain,

Some of the people just happen to have very strong intuition. They could know things before it happens. Some others could see people's aura, the energy field around our bodies. There are also people almost having a picture or a scene before things happen. They have the power to see the future. All these powers could be so much related to the Sky (Third) Eye within our brain. Once we develop it, it could give us clarity in vision of our life.

Scientist may not totally agree with it but the knowledge of the magical and mysterious power related to this secret invisible body part, the sky eye, the third eye or the inner eye, whatever the name is used, is actually being revealed to the public more and more. We now know it is about the Pineal Gland within the brain giving us such powers.

It is however much more important about how to train these powers than about knowing where it comes from, There are ancient Wisdoms covering training towards this part of our being. Qigong could be one of the most effective one. Qigong, an Ancient Chinese Daoist Wisdom, is an effective and powerful Exercise to be able to generate strong Energy. When the Sky (Third) Eye is activated strongly enough by Energy, we might feel a “White out”(opposite to Black out caused by too much Energy) on the head and the mind go empty or reach a entire clarity. That’s why the Sky Eye activation is claimed to be able to help raising the clarity in vision to life. The Energy Training towards the Sky Eye would also open more and more of it to achieving stronger brain Power.

Energy Medicine

When we are sick, we go see Doctor. We take the medicines prescribed by doctor to hopefully achieve recovery. The Western medicines are made to reduce the symptoms but with side effects. Also often if we do not use our immune system or allow the body to fix itself, the body would lose this self-healing power. We all have this self tuning, adjusting or healing power. It is like when we are tired, we would be sleepy. When we are lack of water within the body, we would feel thirsty and feel like to drink water. Or when we are sick, we are weaker than normal and we will have to take some rest. These are what the body wants us to rest or get the life essence to retrieve Energy (Qi). In fact, the source or our being is Energy (Qi). In Quantum physics, it has pointed out long that all particles or materials are Energy. Our immunity or self-healing power would be quite exactly same as our metabolism. In high metabolism rate, the new born cells keep replacing the old or sick cells. We achieve recovery very fast. Or else, it would be the opposite, we can hardly recover. How strong the internal Energy we are having within us determines how high the metabolism rate. So Energy level is exactly the main factor determining our health condition. Also when we taking western medicines, which are chemicals, it would be affecting our body, as which is a natural system, to run properly? Although it might reduce the symptoms, it may not be always helping the recovery. The symptoms are often the body need to release toxin, or going through the process to show some negative effect. When the process finish, we should be fully recovery. All chemicals would affect our natural system to operate and slow down the process to finish. That’s why sometimes we may find just taking rest would be helping more to gain recovery than taking medication.

I am glad to see more and more people are looking for Alternative Healing. I am sure the world would notice similar simple fact and at least not allowing only one medical system to dominate the society. In other word, it is letting people to choose what they think it is right for them or at least balance the situation.

Qi is Energy. Gong is Exercise. It is one of the most powerful Alternative Healing. In this Healing, Qi or Energy is the medicine. The whole exercise or training is focusing fully on enhancing Energy running strongly and smoothly around the body to clear blockages. The blockages are where the Energy being blocked and that parts of the body would not be able to operate properly. The body becomes sick.

In Qigong, we are generating Energy and that is working like miracle medicine to help the body out. It has no side effect and working on the deepest base of our being. Also the Qigong exercises emphasizes on relaxation and with focusing the feelings while Qi running around the body, you will clear the mind and ease stress and tension. That serves releasing negative emotions. And these mind, body and emotions are actually affecting one another as they are one representing our being at the same time.

That’s why more and more people notice that Qigong, as a healing tool to help body, mind and emotions, is one of the most powerful Healing.

Life Expansion

Time runs fast. Time is something that if we don't grasp it tight, it really flies away fast. To make use of time the best way, now I think it would be expanding our life. When we are expanding life, we are experiencing something new or deeper. It must be something that we have never experienced before, or else it would not be an expansion. Besides we would feel quite good, in the terms of spirituality or Energy, we are shifting to a stronger or new vibration. Also a new brain cell network would have been firing and it would help transforming the being both physically and Energetically into a higher level.

To learn something new or deeper is a very good way to expand life.

To learn something new or deeper, very helpful to life and help maintaining better health is not only an excellent way to expand life, but with extra bonus which will allow you live longer, healthier and with stronger Energy to keep expanding.

The reality we are in is a relative reality. The meaning of everything happens in our life is about how we determine the way it relates to us. Aging is definitely an issue about time. As we expand in life, time relates to us in a very positive way. It would result in an anti-aging effect.

Full Power of the Brain

In the World, almost everyone is playing the game of power everyday. Most however are mainly chasing the power to manipulate or control others, rarely people understand and are seeking for the true power of self or the power of the true self. Both are quite the same. After all, to manipulate others is just because of self insecurity. Once we find our true power, the high self confidence would release lots of stresses and worries in life.

Our power is exactly about how we use our brain. All the training about enhancing our beings or our Energy is so much related to our brain functions. Most people mainly use left brain to think, which is all about logical thinking. The way why we think logically is mainly about applying problem-analyzing and problem-solving to hopefully we can figure out the better way to deal with life. It is however all base on worries and fears. As everything is actually Energy, the worries and fears would create the negative frequencies in life. As a consequence, only more worries and fears with the same frequencies would be drawn to life. People would probably still think it is the right way as they are keep dealing with life issues in logical ways and it seems working well. Too bad that they may not discover that after dealing with some problems, they have to deal with more and more followed by one another. It will never finish and end.

The society we live in has been built up very much in logical system as that has been how most people think. However, nowadays more and more people have noticed that the world or the humanity would need changes in many aspects including political, economical, medical and commercial etc. I feel that it is also related to the change of Energy in 2012. The changing is needed for the New Energy for the year of 2013 onwards. That is the only way to move forwards. Quite like the situation that as the computer and internet is getting popular and helping us to communicate very fast and easily, people would be quite stuck if they are not familiar in using those tools. No matter individual or the whole world would be necessary to move on to the new Energy which is about love, sharing, uniting etc. And it is very much about our right brain’s work.

Also many people are trying to apply positive thinking in life to hopefully improve their life. Ideally they want to manifest what they think positively in life but often they find that it does not work on them even if they have kept trying for a long period of time. It is also because they are stuck in the left brain thinking. The logical thinking is always including both sides together. More positively we are trying to think; in the left brain thinking would always include the opposite side, the negative result. The idea of what if it doesn’t come would also pop up in mind from time to time. And people often have a stronger feeling on fear than enjoyment. Easily we would create a stronger vibration on the negative side than the positive one. As a matter of fact, they keep drawing the negativity that they do not want to life.

Right brain is the side of the brain that normally people use less, which is relate to feelings, sensing, and all other amazing power like receiving intuition, tuning right Energy or frequency for healing etc.

Nowadays, the scientists have actually discovered the secret of human body more and more that which is pointing very close to those Ancient powerful teaching on our true power.

We’ve been told that we haven't used our full power of our brain. It is true. There are a number of Masters who have achieved high level that they have shown the world of their amazing power. These Masters often wanted to tell the world that everyone should be as capable as them. Their teachings are all about going beyond ordinary, which is also about utilize the full power of brain and achieving the level with true power of self.

The true power of self is about all the extraordinary powers of our beings. We should be able to naturally do lots of amazing things, like remote viewing, foreseeing future, self Energy healing or giving healing on others, and manifest reality with mind etc.

These most ultimate powers are from the area of the brain that we can seldom connect well like lower brain and mid-brain. With connecting well these areas in the brain, or not allowing our left brain to disturb, we can do even more amazing power like seeing future, bio locate, instant manifestation and instant healing to self and others etc.

Some of us are still with part of these powers after reincarnation. Those are the capability that one of our previous lives managed to do it. Still by training right, not only those people but everyone should be able to gain these amazing powers

The Japan Crisis and 2012 (II)

Definitely the Japan Crisis has been shocking the whole world. And such a big incident would be keep creating huge impact to the world.

However viewing it with two spiritual laws might give us a different picture at all.

1. Everything and everyone is actually Energy, which cannot be terminated. Everything keep changing or transforming in every moment. There is no such a thing as death. Everything keeps changing but remains the same as Energy base.

2. There is no coincident at all. Everything happens in a multi-dimensional way, with multiple meanings and purposes. We could never tell the full meanings on things happening as it is impossible to tell things in all angles, directions and levels. We can only try to tell as much and as detail as possible the way we understand it. We may not be able to tell why thing happens but it does not mean there is no meaning at all. There is always with positive purpose.

With these spiritual laws, we could see more clearly on such an incident. It is actually not so much about a disaster creating many deaths. In fact, there is no death at all in team of Energy-wise. By understanding that, perhaps we could see that it serves many purposes.

It, like most of other big incidents and disasters, hits on almost everyone’s heart on earth and open it. The whole world is now sharing sympathy to this incident. I believe, after this case, many people would become more caring. It breaks the wall among people and even among countries. The left-over hatred from the 2^nd World War among Asian Countries should be reduced much. In the opposite, the bonding between Japan and other Asian Countries would grow stronger.

These few years all the incidents and disasters happening globally like telling us a story. Starting from the Tsunami on the Boxing Day in 2004, it brought a big shock to the whole World. With lots of videos showing on TV, it was like the first chapter of a movie really drawing great attention from the audiences. There were volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, flooding, extreme weathers and even including many political and economic Crisis, which are urging us to changes. However we all tend to forgetful. Also we mostly do not want to take action when there is no immediate crisis that we could see. We need reminder often. The latest Japan Crisis was another big Chapter. With lots of frightful scenes showing on TV, it alerted us again about the power of the Nature. We can hardly see videos showing how earthquake tearing down building as it happens often so quick but we keep seeing Tsunamis wiping out the whole villages as there is more time for survivors to video it. The videos make more shocking and stronger hitting on our hearts. Also how well the Japanese responded and behaved, and how dangerous the nuclear reactors could result into were also messages so important that we should learn from it.

If everything happens with meaning, I can see how the Nature or the Universe trying to pass a message to us in these incidents and disasters. In 2013, the new Energy, about love and oneness would come and old Energy doesn't serve us right any more would disappear. It is happening now on all aspects, not only about environment and weather, but including political and economical situations. The changing or the people requesting to change is about clearing those old Energy. It will be for sure successful as only the new Energy would exist at last by the end of 2012. The Earth and environment are helping to make sure the process are going well. I felt that all happened before are well chosen. Like the Japan Earthquake this time, Japan was well prepared for the Earthquakes and the Tsunami more than many other countries in the World. It might already have minimized the number of casualties. The high technology in this country advantages that many people have shot video with the telephone camera. Now many videos about the Earthquake and Tsunami were shown on TV and internet. Plus how badly the nuclear Power could turn into, which would affect water, air and the food chain for long time. Now many protests against nuclear power are going on. No matter how bad the situation it become, it definitely serves some positive purposes for the better future. Also people are so frighten about the radiation leaking and spreading. It is true that ideally we should be exposing as little radiation as possible in our daily life. However, we might forget that we always allow ourselves exploding to radiation from computer and telephone quite much. Now we actually could detect the food and water so well that if it is with radiation or not.We should not be so frightened about it but ignoring the radiation coming through our daily electronic appliances. We use them so intensively that it could already arise many physical diseases and problems eventually.

In fact, I received a message that there would be a great chance that California might have a similar situation occur as what was happening in Japan. I hope not but if yes, the California would have more well prepared this time, including the way to prevent from leaking radiation on the Nuclear power plants there. As I have mentioned, everything serves some positive purposes no matter how badly the situation looks.

The Japan Crisis and 2012

The Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan, then followed by leaking of Nuclear radiation are drawing the whole world’s attention. The whole world are talking about it and every time in my classes as well. Some has asked me how I look at it about this recent Crisis. Here I am going to put some of my insights that I got it from this incident.

If people has noticed, there are continuous incidents including earthquakes, eruption of volcanoes, Tsunamis, floodings and extreme weathers that have been going on in recent years. Well, it has been pointed out for long that the whole humanity and the Planet Earth would be moving into a new Energy by the end of 2012. Some sources even said it would be the end of the World. Other said it would be a shift towards a more beautiful and lovely world eventually. My knowing tells me that we should be more on the shift towards a positive side.

In fact everything keeps moving and nothing is really still. The Earth, the Solar System and the Galaxy are all moving. They are moving into a new space with new Energy all the time. We are unavoidably being influenced by environment or Energy around us. So while we move into a new year, we enter into a new Energy. It's my belief that after the year of 2012, we, the whole humanity and the Planet Earth are entering into a new Energy which is really a big change comparing with all that humanity have experienced. I believe it is a era with huge new lovely Energy.

However all the shift are meaning we are releasing old Energy that does not serve us anymore and receiving new Energy which will lead us into a new level. It has been proceeding to us since about 5 to 6 years ago. It started with the Big Tsunami that hit many countries on the boxing date in 2004. It was a huge Energy but at the same time clearing up things. The following Earthquakes, Volcano eruptions, Big flooding, extreme Weather on many Countries are the signs of the shifting Energy on the Mother Earth. There are also shifting on humanity’s awareness on all directions including Political, environmental and economical etc. These lead to many incidents that has been happening in the last few years. It is not about good or bad but we all need to be moving forwards, letting go the old Energy and embrace the new Energy. Without doing so, we would be stuck and the result would be devastating.

Like the previous newsletter that I have mentioned, we are all Energy and the content of Energy is frequency. The shift is about shifting frequency to be higher. All processes are about that after all. It is also an evolution.

We can see it through the whole human history. From survival state, human being settled on Earth and started to build up civilization. Civilization is initially about managing and controlling life and public. Bigger and bigger population means more strategies is necessary. It became politics and manipulation. Then power mainly go to a small group of people and they wanted it more and more. The game to chase more and more power would never end. Others are resulting in being controlled and manipulated. Controlling and victimization is obviously the state of humanity in the past few centuries and even before. It is also like Energy seals or charkas in our bodies. From the base moving upwards, it is the time about to break through the third seal, and come to the forth seal, the heart and it means ending towards the controlling and victimization. The humanity is coming to the point of shifting to love and oneness. Separation and individualism only create greed and would lead to battle and war. It is going to be an End. Next state we would learn to love others as love ourselves. We are one and never separate.

I am looking forwards to it so much. However we should also prepare for the shifting process. The shift and releasing Energy from the Planet Earth would still continue. Do not take it for granted on just living the way as it should always be. Evolve our life by taking charge of it ourselves and not relying too much on the old systems. Getting prepare in certain degree what if a disaster is happening to us or around us now. It would be helpful if we have already prepared in advance. Food and water is something of basic need for survival. What if the supermarket is not working. No food is there and water is all polluted. Electricity is not working and maybe heating system fails. Think about it and prepared in advance. It might be a situation last for a period of time. It is not about fear but just get well-prepared in advance. Even if there is nothing happen eventually, all these actions are also help shifting the old Energy away. We would be developing wisdom of living rather be being manipulated. In fact, the persent life styles are full of manipulation. More we are living independently would transform and evolve the whole gobal situation in all aspects.

Self Energy Healing

Nowadays most people probably agree that serious illnesses like Cancer etc are more common than decades before. Also the average age of these patients are much younger than decades before. Pollution on food and environment, plus stressful life are definitely some of the main reasons of it. Too bad that many patients with serious illnesses like Cancer often think that they could only follow exactly what the hospital tell them to do. The modern hospitals are not having very high successful recovery rate towards Cancer patients. Chemotherapy and Electrotherapy are actually not dealing with Cancer on the Energy level.

Energy is the essence of our being. Scientists have pointed out for long with Quantum Physics. Scientists have known it so well but they are still not using Energy therapies to cope with serious illnesses like Cancer. Without dealing issues on the Energy level, it means that we are not dealing with it from the source or the base of issue. Either it doesn’t work well or problems would recur again even if it looks like being fixed in the first place. It explains why those main modern Western Medical therapies like Chemotherapy and Electrotherapy are failure in Cancer in many cases eventually. Many rich people who were affording the most expensive experienced Western doctors and advanced Western therapies are also eventually died of Cancer.

Nowadays more and more Cancer Patients have turned to alternate healings. I know it quite well as many people come to me are requesting for my Energy Healing. What I help them are applying Energy (Qi) Transmission and training them to heal themselves with Energy Exercise and tools like Qigong etc.

These are some of my Energy Healing cases.

1) A man with Parkinson's disease recovery steadily. His body's movements improving better and better. It comes to point obvious enough that people around him have noticed the improvement.

2) A Cancer patient being announced the Cancer cells not active anymore after a period of time working Energy with me.

3) With continuous Energy transmission, a lady having half body paralized after a Stroke for 5 years could move some part of her paralized toes and feet again more and more.

There are many cases of mine that the Energy Healing keeps improving people with different sickness.

After years of specializing on healing especially towards serious illnesses such as Cancer, I actually find out that it is just like a team work requiring both parties including the patient and healer to work well together as a team. The healer is coaching and leading the patients on ways to balance and enhance the Energy for recovery. The patient need to apply Energy Exercises and tools to shift Energy achieving recovery. However the healer could only assist and the patient is actually the main role. He or she need to change their mind, take charge of the emotion and work on the physical body. It may not be simple but it never be difficult as well.

It is the Energy I am teaching and sharing with people. In fact, Energy is merely vibration with Frequency. Everything is made up of vibrations, with vary frequencies. Many advanced teaching finally refers to 7 seals and 7 different frequencies. We have gone through a lot the first 3 frequencies in life. They are about reproduction or survival, suffering and pain, and control and power. I think most of us have more than enough about these experiences. In this year, all my classes and workshops will be focusing on tuning into the frequencies beyond those first 3 frequencies, which is beyond materials and forms, achieving ultimate healing and power. As I have always said, to be healthy is simple if you are willing to training yourself with Energy, like Qigong. We can do more than that and beyond ordinary.
Here I would like explain more clearly about it, to particularly those who are already been working Energy with me for a while, or I feel that you would be interested and able to understand these deeper level aspects of life Energy. For me, these are the most important essences of live and it could easily shift live tremendously in a joyful and graceful way, fast and even instantly. We're all and never really separated. To shift our own lives is to shift the whole world. This is the ultimate purpose of what I want to achieve along my work. At least I am trying to add a high value on my work and life. And I hope you also understand that we are always working towards this destiny whenever we are working with Energy together in any classes and Workshops. And in the whole New Year, I will help all of us enhancing the deeper a higher awareness, especially in all my Workshops and special Programs. As I hope you would be aware by now that the reason we choose to keep training ourselves and keep practicing is aiming towards a higher destiny in life. We know it's there and we all want to achieve. The way I know, I feel and I understand is that there's no limit about it. Achieving there, health and healing is some simple things that would have already been done and fixed long ago. As I have always mentioned in class, to be healthy and got healed, it is something simple to be achieved in Qigong. We just need to keep practicing it regularly. The problem is always that we are so easily distracted, putting other priority much higher or giving excuses of being busy. Or else we should be seeing our health keep improving steadily. Here is an example. A guy having Parkinson’s disease has come to my class about 2 years ago. Since he was very sick by that time, he had to stop working. He then mainly practiced Qigong and did some sport like swimming. The whole class and I have been seeing him keep improving. Today, he is able to do a Chen Taiji Kick, not too much worse than any other student in class. He may not fully recover yet but the improvement could be meaning that it is just a matter of time. Staying Healthy and be healed is just something not too difficult work to be achieved by Energy Work like Qigong. We are actually aiming on something even higher than being healthy.

some thoughts about 2012 and New Year Energy

Hong Kong is a wonderful place, with both Western and Chinese Culture existing quite equally at the same time. We have just passed 2 New Years both the Western and Chinese ones not too long ago. It was still with very high Festival mood.

From an Energetic point of view, the change of New Year is actually changing of Energy. In Astrology, it is always mentioned that entering into a New Year, it is entering into a New Energy. I believe it so. Often we thought we have done good enough and just keep doing the same old way, the next outcome will turn into quite unexpectedly bad. Look at the nature and the Universe, everything is changing at every moment. It is the nature of Energy. And everything is Energy as the true source of it. As Energy is changing all the time and we are being affected by Energy around us at all time, and it keeps changing, we have to keep adjusting to the continuous changes. That's why we need to keep changing. If we choose not to change, it brings lots of problem. As a matter of fact, it will not be possible to deal with changing situation without changing ourselves. That is why we often suddenly got into troubles and finding ourselves suffering, and feeling pain along. If we can see it clearly, we will not be suffering. The lesson is only to remind us of that it is time for us to change.

Many prophecies are pointing to the year of 2012. I have heard different sides of stories. No matter what would happen, I am quite sure that it is a year that the old Energy is being cleared up. It has been in such a process for a while already. When the old Energy is about to be cleared, it will come to the surface and everyone will see it clearly. Mostly most of the people will consider it negatively as it is true that this old Energy doesn't suit the general public any more. The next going to happen is the New Energy going to replace it. I am very much looking forwards to seeing and living in the new Energy which is coming fully to us very soon.

Many signs have already arrived before head. Like there have been quite a lot of natural disasters happening around the world and they have forced many people to change their lives. In financial and political situations, we can all see more clearly that the old systems are being turned upside down. Almost we still not too sure what exactly or the full details of the new replacing systems are. Yet we can foresee a better picture of tomorrow.

As an individual, it is good to be well-prepare. Getting ready to change or try changing ourselves in the first place. In fact, it is almost the only golden rule to live happily and joyfully.

Long before, I already make up my mind to study mainly Energy and have made it as my primary life target. So to teach or share with people on what I know about Energy is quite naturally become my job. I have always felt so much grateful about it. I hope more and more people will understand Energy and apply to life. It is quite the only way to make life joyful. Life is Energy and we are spirit. Without understand Energy, it would not be possible not to lead to problems, troubles, pain and even illnesses.

Even my classes and Workshops are going in such a way that I am hopefully those would be leading people and myself to a deeper Energy aspect of life. When we are talking about Energy, we are talking vibration with frequency. Different Energy means different vibration with different frequencies. It is true that it is all about frequency.

It is from the low frequency that we want to rise up higher and higher. Everyone is actually looking for some elevation. When we are hoping for something better, we always look up, could be to the sky, Universe or we are thinking of some superior being who are living on top of us. When we are feeling hopeless, we are always looking down, could be with eyes pointing to the ground etc. See, we all know there are spaces for us to elevate into a better level. But many may not realize that it is the frequency that we want to raise up.

Lower Body - how it relates to health condition

After all these years teaching people about Health with Qigong and healing illnesses with Energy, perhaps you have heard that many times in my classes, I have realized that the main essence of health is how the condition of your lower body is. It is about how flexible your waist is and how strong your legs are. The upper body we mainly need to keep as relaxed as possible. It is because the Energy we get to utilize everyday is not barely from food. It is from the heaven (Sky) and the Earth (Ground). That is why when we go to some place, we feel suddenly good or sick. We are influenced by the Energy around us, truly at all time. More precious speaking is that We are also circulating our Energy towards the Universe. Especially the Earth, we in great degree releasing negative energy to it and regain Energy to the body through the Legs. I think it is the reason we call the Earth, Mother Earth. And the Mother Earth Energy is Huge and almost unlimited. When the Legs is strong, it means the channels along the legs are smooth and strong. They would allow as much Energy go through more entirely. The Energy pass through the waist, then to the upper body where all the main organs are. If the waist is flexible and the upper body is relaxed, it should let the energy circulating the whole body strongly and smoothly. The relaxation of the upper body also allow the energy points open more to breathe the Energy around us.

I have created this Lower Body Qigong for especially focusing on working on the Lower Body. It should be helping individual pretty well.

Reverse Aging Program - Truth & Believe

The first topic is Truth & Believe. The Truth in our believe is just a believe. As we believe, it draws the related Energy to our reality. We will see it happen in our reality. We believe in it more. We will tell people more about it. It draws more to occur in our reality. The cycle will keep going.

One simple yet very powerful way to shift a better life is to change thought of our believe. It would be hard to do so though. As the old believe is rooted deeply within us and hard to change it.

Here I am not asking “Who am I?” They are two different questions.
We have thoughts all the time in our mind. It seems quite able to representing us.
How about emotion? We have emotions dominating us every moment.
And our physical bodies are quite the obvious image of us. What people can see us is mainly our body. So what are we? It has been mentioned since ancient time that we have soul. The modern technology can take photo of our Energy, Aura, around our body. It looks like we have plenty parts to be made up of. The answer is for you to found out.
And your answer indicates your perception towards yourself. Since we are not only the physical body, to train our energy we can do also in other directions besides physical training like Qigong. It could be mental work or emotional work etc.

Obama's Energy IV

I have no political stand point in this topic. It was just a Energy sensing experiment of mine. Since now everyone know Obama and he with bright or dim Energy would mean something even to the whole world. We are all intuitive in some way. We should tune it more and make it sharp. It would be very much helpful if we could apply it into our daily life. It is just one of the example.

The dim Energy or Light of Obama that I have sensed would mean something. There are a few friends of mine, especially those are very psychic, feel and see also the dimness on Obama's Energy. What I could make connection with it is he was hidding some deep negative emotions within him. Some felt he was sick. It could be related as these deep negative emotions trully hurt more and more the physical body as time goes by longer and longer. Knowing some of his background. I could also think of that it would not be an easy journey for him before and he might have suffered a lot to come to this point as well. It might make some sense of his holding some negative emotions. I hope thses negative emotions would not affect the way he would make decision to influence US and the World to change better.

However, I am sure Obama got an important role to play. Although important role may not be only hero, I hope he is. sometimes it could be the oppsite. Like Adolf Hitler brought so much tragedies to the world during 2nd War. His role was so improtant that he was letting people know war was bad like a crime. Since then almost no big war is going on. Or political leaders would have to find a very good reason to start it, like Terrorism or Weapons of Mass Destructions etc. The reason I think Obama is having an important role is the Universe has been doing so much to make him come to this position, the US President. That involved the poor work of Bush, McCain's age, Palin's behaviour during the election, the winning of tough war towards Halliry and the fanancial Tsunami etc. Also he, as the first black man or the first man of coloured races, would already mean lot to the change that many are always expecting from the world.

Easily we might have already held a preconception that would affect the accuracy of the sensing ability. This is something we should avoid while we are trying to tune sharper our intuition. Some people may feel that they are not intuitive enough and never be. I would say it is only and again the mind interfering with our instinct. The mind always do. You can try a more simple way to sense the Energy. Go see the eye of both Obama and McCain when they were making speech in front of TV and people, you may be able to see something.

At last what I believe most is that the world need true spiritual leaders as political leaders. They could leave the personal interests aside and not working for their own ego at all. I am sure the day will come although I know it would not be easy.

After I was really interested on what will happen after trying what you’ve suggested. When I thought of Obama, I only saw something darker or dimmer. But with Mccain, I saw a bright light somewhere on the top of my vision. While I remember that my vision had focused more at the lower level when I was thinking of Obama. I was thinking could it be that McCain’s was brighter was because when I envisioned McCain, I always see this man with a smile in his face while the figure I can remember in my head with Obama is his very serious face.

I was just talking to my brother a week before the elections. My brother lives in San Diego and is a US Marine. So given his job and wanting more security on it, he was voting for McCain. He also told me that there are rumours that if Obama gets elected, some white people would want him assassinated.

It would really be interesting to find out what other people says about this.

Thanks a lot for this insight. I didn't try to feel the energy of Obama or Mcain but I have been feeling and I hope it doen't happen that an attempt to remove him may take place. I think there are a lot of jealous people out there or perhaps he may not be able to deliver on his promises. But somehow I feel that he is weakened by something. May be a health issue or lack of actual support and respect from people who pretend they are with him but don't actually like him or just his own lack of being able to bring about the changes he promised. I might be wrong but I somehow get doubtful when everything seems to be too good to be true. To me Obama's victory just seems too good to be true.

That's my feeling that I think Obama is a good leader and good person but he is weakened by something that we may never know.

It was started when I was just trying to see and feel both the Energy of Obama and McCain to guess who would win the election to be the President of USA. I saw a brighter Energy in McCain but very dim in Obama. First I hope I was wrong because I personally prefer Obama to win. Of course I was wrong about guessing McCain to win. However, when I was telling it to other people in my classes, there were others feel the same, which was Obama with dimmer and McCain is brighter in light or Energy.

The dim light of Obama is certainly meaning something to me. For those who are seeing the same thing, could you try seeing more in details. I will gather everyone's interesting reply and answer and put in my blog here. As Obama now become one of the most powerful man on Earth. Materials are with these Energy natures. They are vibrating, sending out wave to all directions and receiving wave from everywhere as well. Imagine the whole world is just Energy vibrating. After I had asked all my personal questions, I asked about the reason of this Crop Circles phenomena with a few minutes time left.
